Anti-Spam Policy

PaymentKit does not send or permit unsolicited commercial messages.

• PaymentKit sends only transactional and account email to people who have a relationship with us or with a merchant that uses our platform.
• Merchants, their affiliates and anyone acting for them may not advertise or promote any PaymentKit-hosted page, payment link, checkout or custom domain using unsolicited email, SMS or other messages, or using purchased, rented or harvested lists.
• Merchants must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and CASL.
• We may suspend or terminate any merchant that violates this policy.
